Gilbert-Anna C. (nee Hojnicki) of Alden, NY passed away July 24, 2023 at the age of 96.  Beloved wife of the late Donald Gilbert; dear mother of Donald (Diane), Dennis (Rebecca), Doreen (Christopher) Halt and the late Dianne Reiner and Donna Ann Gilbert; mother-in-law of Dennis (Barb) Reiner; loving grandmother of Dustin, Dawn (Brian), Deone, Derek, Shannon (Owen), Abbie (Luke), Alie (Rob), Gillian (Michael) and Mallory (Andrew); great-grandmother of Ian, Sloan, Roger, Greysen, Dane, Derek, Abel, Lincoln, Jaxon, Harper and Liam; sister of the late Anthony Hojnicki, Victoria Pastuszynski, Gertrude Hojnicki, Irene Stephens and Jerome Hojnicki; also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Family will be present to receive friends at the CHARLES MEYER FUNERAL HOME, 13228 Broadway Alden, NY Thursday from 3-7 PM.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John's RC Church Alden, NY Friday at 11:30 AM (please assemble at church).
