Stoffel-Donald T. of Alden, NY passed away June 7, 2024.  Beloved husband of Frances "Fran" (Weber) Stoffel; dear son of the late Francis and the late Regina Stoffel; proud father and papa of children, grandchildren, foster children and wrap around kiddos.  Don is the eldest of 10 brothers and sisters.  No prior visitation.  Graveside services with Military Honors will be held at the WNY National Cemetery, 1254 Indian Falls Rd., Corfu, NY on Thursday, June 13th at 10 AM (please arrive at the cemetery office at 9:45 AM), followed by a Memorial Service held at the Calvary Heights Baptist Church, 981 Bowen Rd., Elma, NY at 7 PM.

Don retired from the United States Air Force as a Senior Master Sergeant after 24 years of admiral service.  He continued to work for American Axel for 8 years as a supervisor.  After two retirements he found his real purpose helping vulnerable children all over the world through the Bethesda Orphanage, Every-Child Ministry and Word Of Life Ministry.

Don was a handyman with a history of fixing everything except the lottery.  One of his last passions was to bring God to the forefront without depicting religion.  He had "Landscapes of Grace" therefore flowers are gratefully declined.

Don was thankful for all types of friends; casual, close and intimate.  Each of them carrying gifts and blessings.  "Your talents may never be seen here but God knows how important they were to the world."  Don's gifts were invaluable.

For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.~Hebrew 6:10
