Pawlak-Jerome "Jerry", "J.P." of Cowlesville, NY April 26, 2018.  Beloved husband of the late Donna Lee Pawlak; dear father of Michael (Sarah) and Jennifer Pawlak; grandfather of William Pawlak; brother of Lorraine (Ray) Acker, Robert (Tammy) Pawlak and the late Ernie (Anita) and Jimmy (late Susan) Pawlak; sister-in-law of Dawn Francis; also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.  No prior visitation.  A memorial service will be held at Folsomdale Baptist Church, Cowlesville, NY Sunday at 3 PM.  Memorials may be made to ALS Association or Disabled American Veterans, 130 So.
