Skimmer-Mark R. of Alden, NY December 3, 2021.  Beloved husband of 25 years to Dawn (Walker) Skimmer; loving father of Sydney Skimmer; dear son of Phyllis and the late Robert Skimmer; brother of June (Norm) Baumann, Peggy Skimmer and Wendy (Jamie) Strasser; also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Mark loved his family and friends. Always enjoyed a good time. He was an accomplished bowler and proud of Sydney's successful achievements. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially golfing and snowmobiling.  Family will be present at the Charles Meyer Funeral Home, 13228 Broadway Alden, NY Friday 3-8 PM.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John's RC Church Alden, NY Saturday at 10 AM.  (Please be mindful that face masks will be required).  Flowers gratefully declined.  Memorials may be made to Roswell Park Alliance Foundation.  Share your condolences at meyerfuneralhome.com
