Winney-Mike of Cowlesville, NY passed away suddenly on April 7, 2023.  Beloved husband of Margaret Winney; dear father of Laura (Robert) Brueckman; loving grandfather of Logan and Hannah; brother of Eileen (late Raymond) Stoos, Richard (Rochelle), Patrick (Danielle), Jeff (Patty) and the late Jay Winney; also survived by several nieces and nephews; son of the late James and late Jean Winney; son-in-law of the late Raymond and late Mary Lemke.  Family will be present to receive friends at the Charles Meyer Funeral Home, 13228 Broadway, Alden, NY Monday, April 17th from 5-8 PM.  Private services will be held.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Cowlesville Fire Dept.  Mike was an avid hunter, fisherman, cross country skier and crafter.  He loved camping and his gardens and all things outdoors.  His family was his pride and joy especially his grandchildren.  Share your condolences at meyerfuneralhome.com
