Patricia Ann Zimmerman, 86, Sunrise, FLA, formerly from Alden, N.Y. passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday January 3, 2024.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and loving friend to many.  Born on January 26, 1937 in Buffalo, N.Y.  Patricia married her beloved late husband David Zimmerman, whom she shared 63 wonderful and happy years with.  She was a loving mother to 3 sons, Paul, wife Lesia, Jeffrey (Maria Indelicato) and the late James Zimmerman; also survived by 5 grandchildren, Patrick, Aaryn, Ryan, Juliana, and Julia Rose. She was sister to Joan Anastasi, and late brother Francis Moliterno.  She was A loving aunt to nephews Gary, and Rick Anastasi, Peter Moliterno, and nieces Marie Anastasi-Paolini, Mona Anastasi-Bachman, Allison Moliterno, Taia Morley and the late Marcia DiNardo.

Patricia grew up in a tight-knit community neighborhood that generated many lifelong cherished relationships.  She attended St Lawrence Catholic School and Kensington High School in Buffalo, NY.

Patricia was an Inhalation Therapist who lovingly cared for her patients at Buffalo General, and St. Joseph's hospitals, and Erie County Home for over 40 years.  In her later years and after her late husband passed, Patricia served many memorable hours volunteering at the Senior Center in Sunrise, FLA. As a volunteer, Pat played an important role in her community, bringing comfort and joy to her residents. Her dedication was greatly appreciated, and her contributions will always be remembered. Her absence will be deeply felt.

Patricia was a devoted member of St John's Catholic Church in Alden, NY.  She also attended St. Gregory's Catholic Church in Sunrise, FLA.
