Helwig-Ronald A. of Alden, NY passed away June 1, 2022.  Beloved husband of Melvina (nee Siembida) Helwig; dear father of Margaret "Maggie" (Jon) Cummings; loving grandfather of Matthew Cummings; brother of Carol (Dr. Paul) Zappia; also survived by nieces and nephews.  Family will be present at the Charles Meyer Funeral Home, 13228 Broadway Alden, NY Friday, June 3rd. from 4-8 PM.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Church, 1230 Clinton St. Attica, NY on Saturday, June 4th  at 10 AM.
