Kwiatkowski-Theresa (Wisniewski) passed away March 18, 2024 at the age 95.  Beloved wife of the late Daniel Kwiatkowski; dear mother of Donna (late Richard) Urbanek and Sharon (Daniel) Fink; loving grandmother of Mark (Lisa) Fink, Teresa (Paul) Goodrich, Katie Fink, Danielle (Scott Ash) Fink, Andrew (Chrissie DeGregorio) Urbanek and David (Heather) Urbanek; also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; sister of Anna "Annette" Friedman; predeceased by brothers and sisters.  No prior visitation.  A Memorial Mass will be held at St. John's RC Church Alden, NY Saturday, April 13th at 11 AM.  Flowers gratefully declined.  Memorials may be made to Hospice Buffalo Inc.  Share your condolences at meyerfuneralhome.com
