Gilbert-William C. "Gibby" of Marilla, NY passed away unexpectedly May 21, 2024.  Beloved husband of Shirley (nee Kelly) Gilbert; dear father of Bill (Mary Trice) Gilbert, Bob (Donna) Gilbert and Sheri (John) Travis; grandfather of Lauren, Corey "Goose", Billy, Hannah and Ben "Kevin" Gilbert and Erika, Matt, Megan "Megster" and Mikey "Hoss" Travis; great-grandfather of Kenzie, Jesse, Camden, Roanan and Graysen; son of the late George and late Mabel Gilbert; brother of Linda Newton, Al (Liz) Gilbert and the late Skip and Chip Gilbert.  Family will be present to receive friends at the CHARLES MEYER FUNERAL HOME, 13228 Broadway Alden, NY Friday, May 31st from 3-8 PM.  Funeral Services will be held at the Faith Lutheran Church, 1230 Bowen Rd., Elma, NY on Saturday, June 1st at 10 AM., with a lunch to follow at the Jamison Fire Hall.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Faith Lutheran Church.  Share your condolences at meyerfuneralhome.com
